花蓮縣保護動物協會之宗旨與任務 本會名稱為花蓮縣保護動物協會(以下簡稱本會)。
本會為依法設立、非以營利為目的之社會團體，以提倡關懷動物、保護動物、尊重動物之平等生命權為宗旨。 本會以台灣省花蓮縣為組織區域。 本會會址設於台灣省花蓮縣，並得報經主管機關核准設分支機構。 本會之任務如下： 一•協助政府處理野生動物保育問題。 二•促請政府有關單位重視虐待動物問題，並力謀改善。 三•配合政府從事教育宣導工作，提倡愛護動物及正確飼養觀念，建立尊重動 物生命權之精神，以杜絕遺棄、殘殺及虐待動物之情形發生。 四•以人道精神推動生育結紮，以控制流浪動物數量。 五•定期舉辦流浪動物領養與認養活動。 六•設立流浪動物收容中心。 Hualian animal protection association Objective and duty Originally can for set up legally, non-take seeks to make a profit of social group of as the goal, advocated equality of life power the concern animal, the protection animal, the respect animal is an objective.
